Shipping policy

We deliver most products on our website across Australia for a fee unless you purchased the product as part of promotion. We aim to delivery your products as soon as possible after we receive the payment of your order.

We use a range of fast and reliable courier services to deliver your products and try to find the best possible rates for you. Some of our products are delivered Free of Charge as part of our promotion.

Shipping Timeframe:

The usual timeframe for shipping is up to 5 business days. It may take up to 2 weeks for regional areas. 

Express Delivery:

While most of our deliveries are delivered fast, in some cases we can guarantee next day delivery. There will be additional cost for using this service and will be charged to you at the time of your order.

Delivery of Large Items:

The large items such as beds, lift chairs and mobility scooters are costly to deliver. Therefore, we require you to stay at home on the day the product is scheduled to arrive. The item will come in a big box and may require assembly.

If you're not at home to receive the deliver the courier may charge extra for redelivery. We will let you the cost of redelivery.

If you're are in the Gold Coast region, we do offer installation services for a fee.

In Store Pick Up:

You're welcome to collect your products from our store. Just give us a call to arrange a time for pick up.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. It is your responsibility to check for damage to the packaging before accepting delivery. If the box is damaged please refuse delivery.

Notice:

While we try our best to keep up with the timeframe mentioned above, we will not accept any financial liability if we are unable to delivery any products in the above timeframe. We rely on our suppliers spread across Australia to get our products, and in some cases there are unforeseen delays beyond our control.

We reserve the right to change, remove or modify any information provided without notice at any time and without liability to any loss or damage caused.
